Pre-Order Shipping Policy

When purchasing a pre-order item, please note that production begins only after the order is placed. This means the processing and fulfillment time is longer than for in-stock products.

Processing Time:
Pre-order items require additional time for production. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared and shipped.

Shipping:
Once your pre-order item is produced and ready, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the package leaves our facility.

Mixed Orders:
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all products will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Delays:
Estimated shipping times may vary due to production delays or high demand. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.
